Platform and network security
Northbeam’s security standards and practices are backed by a multi-layered approach for protecting customer data. Northbeam operates most of it's platform footprint in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Each customer's data is logically separated in Northbeam's data and analytics platform.
Scalability and reliability
Northbeam’s network infrastructure relies on a secure cloud service platform with flexible capacity to ensure reliability for Northbeam customers. We leverage Google's secure Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) to provide security, reliability, and capacity for all customer data.

By default, Northbeam encrypts data at rest and data in transit for all of our customers. We are Soc 2 Type 2 compliant and our report is available upon request.
